CUSTOM TRUCKER HATS

We use industrial Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology to bond your band’s artwork directly into the fibers of premium headwear.

This process allows for incredibly detailed, full-color graphics, free-floating text, and complex fades that standard screen printing or embroidery cannot physically achieve. The graphic flexes with the hat and is permanently cured to survive the road.

The Jinx Build:

• The Blank: Premium Structured 5-Panel (All Black) or Classic Mesh Trucker (Black/White).

• The Print: High-resolution, stretch-resistant DTF transfer.

• The Bond: Cured via industrial heat press for a permanent, crack-free finish.

Artwork: Because DTF allows for borderless, free-floating designs, your artwork MUST have a transparent background. Upload high-resolution PNGs (300 DPI minimum) or Vector files (.AI, .SVG). We can print full CMYK color. Note: Semi-transparent images are to be avoided unless you able to create a proper halftone file.
