The ultimate piece of classic heavy merch. We use rugged, solid steel, Zippo-style flip lighters designed for a lifetime of abuse.

Choose between our Matte Black powder-coated finish or our Raw Brushed Steel finish

The Jinx Build:

• Hardware: Classic flip-top steel lighter casing with removable insert.
• Base Finishes: Matte Black Powder Coat or Raw Brushed Steel.
• The Look: Heavy, tactile, and permanent.

Application Options:

• Fiber Laser Engraved: On black lighters, we vaporize the coating to reveal bright steel. On raw steel lighters, we deep-etch and anneal the metal for a dark, permanent graphic.
• UV-Cured Print: High-definition, full-color polymer ink over a white base layer for maximum pop. 

Artwork Requirements (CRITICAL):

• For UV Prints: Upload high-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds.
• Choosing your sides: We are able to print on every single side of the lighter (yes, even over the hinge) The front or back come are the base fee. Choose additional sides before adding to cart. You will be charged a $1 fee per side, per lighter with each side. If you choose a double sided 25 pack with 4 additional sides to cover every side, you will be charged an additional $4 for each individual lighter. 25x$4=$100 
• For Laser Engraving: You MUST upload a pure, high-contrast black-and-white Vector file (.AI, .SVG). No colors or gradients.
  

SHIPPING NOTICE: Due to federal carrier regulations, all lighters are shipped empty. Lighter fluid is not included.
