CUSTOM ETCHED or UV-PRINTED DRUM STICKS

We don't print cheap swag; we build custom stage hardware. Using premium Hickory, we offer two distinct industrial application methods tailored specifically for the stage or the merch table.

The Jinx Build:

• Material: Select American Hickory (The standard for professional durability and flex).
• Available Sizes: 5A (The Standard), 5B (Heavy), 2B (Extra Heavy/Power).
• Tip: Classic Teardrop Wood Tip.

Application Options:

• Fiber Laser Engraved (Stage Ready): We use industrial fiber lasers to deep-etch your band’s logo directly into the wood grain. This creates a permanent, high-contrast dark mark that acts as a tactile micro-grip. Zero ink, zero transfer, built for maximum abuse in the pit.
• Full-Color UV Print (Merch & Display): We bond high-definition, full-color polymer ink directly to the wood. Perfect for intricate album art, vibrant logos, or premium VIP merch packages. (Production Note: To prevent gear damage, UV printing is restricted to the handle/butt-end of the stick, keeping the impact zone clear).

Artwork Requirements (CRITICAL):

• For Laser Engraving: You MUST upload a pure black-and-white Vector file (.AI, .SVG) or a high-contrast black-and-white PNG. Gradients and colors do not translate to wood etching.
• For UV Printing: Make sure your image is no larger than 12mm on it's shortest side. Upload high-resolution images PNG or PDF with transparent backgrounds. Full CMYK color is accepted and encouraged. Vector files are also acceptable.
